Daniel C. Lapidus co-manages Lapidus & Lapidus with his older brother and partner Ryan.  Mr. Lapidus predominantly practices in the areas of business litigation with a focus on defense work.  He is on the national counsel team for U-Haul International, Inc., representing the company in matters ranging from serious and fatal personal injury cases to disputes over insurance coverage.  Mr. Lapidus also advises clients in employment matters and trademark due diligence and registration.

Los Angeles Magazine named Mr. Lapidus a “Top Young Lawyer in Southern California” for six consecutive years since 2009 and a “Super Lawyer” each year since 2015.  He serves on the Executive Committee for the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Board of Governors.

Mr. Lapidus received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1998.  In 2003, Mr. Lapidus earned his law degree from Loyola Law School, where he was a Note & Comment Editor on the Loyola International and Comparative Law Review.  He is licensed to practice in California, New York and the District of Columbia.
