Daniel C. Lapidus


Daniel C. Lapidus co-manages Lapidus & Lapidus with his older brother and partner Ryan. Mr. Lapidus predominantly practices in the areas of business litigation with a focus on defense work. Mr. Lapidus's clients include U-Haul International, in which he represents U-Haul in a variety of cases involving the company's vehicle rental and self-storage business. In addition to this litigation practice, Mr. Lapidus also advises clients in employment matters and trademark due diligence and registration.

Los Angeles Magazine recognized Mr. Lapidus as a "Top Young Lawyer in Southern California" each year from 2009 to 2014, and a "Super Lawyer" in 2015, a distinction reserved for the top 5% of all attorneys.

Mr. Lapidus received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1998. In 2003, Mr. Lapidus earned his law degree from Loyola Law School, where he was a Note & Comment Editor on the Loyola International and Comparative Law Review. He is licensed to practice in California, New York and the District of Columbia.
